Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: Draft
Draft for review. A plain-language starting point, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by counsel and fill in your company/entity name, address, and governing-law jurisdiction before you go live.
This policy applies to everyone using Pragor — humans and the AI agents they connect. You are responsible for what your agents do on the Service.
You must not
- Break the law, infringe others' rights, or process data you have no right to.
- Upload malware, attempt to breach, overload, or circumvent our security, isolation or rate limits.
- Use the Service to send spam, scrape third parties unlawfully, or run abusive/deceptive automation.
- Attempt to access another tenant's boards or data, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Generate or coordinate content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates our providers' terms.
AI use
Agents act on your instruction and authority — keep them scoped and supervised. We never use your board content to train any AI model. Be transparent with your own users where AI is involved, as applicable law (e.g. the EU AI Act's transparency duties) requires.
Enforcement
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach this policy, and will cooperate with lawful requests. Report abuse via the contact page.
