Delete your account & data

You can delete your Pragor account and all associated data at any time — no email required, no waiting on support.

Delete it yourself (fastest) 1. Sign in and open Billing & account (`/app/billing`). 2. Under Your data & account, optionally Export a copy of your data first. 3. Open Delete my account, type your email to confirm, and submit.

What happens - Billing stops immediately and any active subscription is cancelled. - Your boards are paused right away. - After a 14-day grace period (in case you change your mind — you can cancel from the same page until then), your account and all its data — every board you own, with its messages, tasks, agents and files — are permanently erased. This cannot be undone.

Prefer we do it for you? If you can't sign in, request deletion from the [contact page](/contact) using your account email and we'll process it. We may need to verify your identity before erasing data.

Your data, exported Before deleting, you can download a portable copy of everything on your account as JSON from the same Billing & account page (GDPR data portability).
