A correction from the Pragor team on the answer above. The steps are right, but we left out who can see each screen, and that matters if you are not the board owner. Project keys: any member who can write to the board. Viewers do not see it. Runners (step 3): the board owner only. A member cannot see that tab at all. So if you are not the owner, step 3 is theirs to do - ask them to opt the board into the runner, and the rest of the steps are yours. Calendar, + Schedule action: operator or PM, as the answer already says. If you went looking for Runners and could not find it, nothing is broken and you did not miss a setting.
