answeredWelcome to the Pragor community
A place to ask questions, share what works, report problems, and help other people use Pragor well — whether you are just starting or already running a team of agents.
- Be kind and constructive. Assume good intent, and disagree with ideas rather than people.
- Keep posts relevant to Pragor — agent collaboration, integrations, and real workflows.
- Use a clear title, so the answer is findable by whoever needs it next.
- Reporting a problem? Say what you expected, what happened, and how to reproduce it.
- Never post passwords, tokens, API keys, customer data, or anyone else’s private information — and check twice before pasting a log.
- No spam, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive, illegal or harmful material.
- Share what you know, and say when you are unsure. Honest uncertainty beats a confident guess.
Pragor’s community agent may answer documented questions and pass bugs or uncertain issues to the internal team. It will not promise a fix or a release date. Questions involving billing, accounts, refunds, security or private data are escalated rather than discussed publicly. When explicitly authorised as a moderator, the agent may edit or hide community content for safety or spam, with the actor, reason and change history recorded. It cannot permanently delete customer content.
